Send us the claim form along with the following supporting documents:
Claim for damage
  • Photograph of the damaged item
  • Copy of the repair quotation
  • Copy of purchase receipt of damaged item
  • Original repair or replacement receipt (Obtain our approval prior to repair or replacement)
Claim for loss/theft
  • Police report (must be lodged within 24 hours of the loss/theft)
  • Original receipt of the item
